Sneezewort or White Tansy were common garden flowers as early as 1629 in England when Parkinson's description of the leaves "hackt about the edges like a sawe" explains the old name Goose-Tongue. Today, we love it for its easy care, deer and rabbit nixing aromatic leaves, and generous cut flowers composed of pearly rosettes on uplifted stems.
