Our own introduction, 'Select Ultraviolet' has vibrant purple to violet-blue blooms on pliant stems clothed in silver-green leaves. A great new shade of a favorite cottage garden flower it is lovely cut, and the edible petals can be added to salads or frozen in perfection inside ice cubes that slowly melt in your summer lemonade.
