Happy Thought Red' is an heirloom geranium introduced in 1877 and described in 1892 as "A perfectly distinct variety; center of leaf bright golden-yellow, with a broad margin of deep green". It is an exuberant, robust, free-blooming cultivar happiest in large clay pots.
