Phyllis Fancy' was a foundling, a big, bold, and beautiful salvia cross that popped up at an arboretum in California. Plant after frost and stand back, for it soon grows into shrublike proportions, all while maintaining a gracefulness and a bevy of long fuzzy flower wands. It is so easy to care for!
