Bumblebees shoulder their way to the pollen enclosed within the spring-hinged florets of snapdragons, or Lion's Mouth, as they once were called. This hybrid variety has sturdy stems displaying tall, full spikes of flowers sought after by flower farmers. They grow well in borders, cottage, and cut-flower gardens, blooming all season in moderate summer temperatures.
